DRIVE 5 - Portland to Klamath Falls

We took I-5 south for about 175 miles before taking SR138 east to the entrance of Crater Lake National Park. As the entrance is closed until May, we continued to drive east to US97 where we turned south for Klamath Falls. The nice part of the drive is SR138 which travels through some hilly forest country and has a few viewpoints, including Whitehorse Falls, a small state park where you can picnic and enjoy the scenery.
