JOHNNY ROSENBLATT STADIUM

Rosenblatt Stadium doesn't seem like a minor league stadium. For one, it has outfield bleachers. As well, it has tri-colored seating, a club along the first base line where you can enjoy lunch or dinner while watching the game, and more concessions than you would expect. Capacity is over 15,000 but all outfield seating was closed. The reason for such a range of amenities is that Rosenblatt is the host stadium for the NCAA's College World Series, held every June in Omaha.
The stadium is old, having been built in 1948, but it is still well-maintained, no doubt thanks to the NCAA. The Stadium View Club is a nice place to eat before the game as you can stay out of the sun and enjoy food that is a bit better than the ballpark. As long as you have a ticket, entry to the club is free.
The stadium is located about one minute from I-80 along 13th Street. As parking is free, and access is simple, driving is really the only way to go.
Out in front of the stadium they have a statue called "The Road to Omaha" which is dedicated to the College World Series. As well, they have a series of plaques that list each series winner. In fact, the front of the stadium is newly redone, which is quite a contrast with the inside.
Seats are OK, but the space between rows is too small. As well, there are about 20 seats per row, so if you get stuck in the middle, it may be difficult to get out. Of course, the minor league games are not as crowded, so this shouldn't be a problem, but you may want to get an aisle seat, or even better, a field box seat, to enjoy the game a bit more.
Overall, the stadium is a fine place to watch a game, but avoid the sun if you are watching a day game by sitting in the upper deck. It could use some improvements in the seats, and I would prefer the back netting to not stretch to the press box, but these are minor problems. I hope to see a college game here someday to get a better feel for the stadium when it is full, a sparse crowd doesn't do it justice.
