BELOIT, WISCONSIN

Beloit is located in southern Wisconsin, about 75 miles southwest of Milwaukee, and about 90 miles northwest of Chicago.  Beloit is also the origination of I-43 which goes through Milwaukee up to Green Bay. I-90 also runs next to the town. Despite its proximity to both interstates and the two major league cities, it retains a nice small-town feel, the centerpiece being the Rock River. 

Unfortunately, we saw very little of Beloit beside the stadium, arriving one hour before the game and leaving immediately after. There was a nice riverside pavilion on the main street, but we didn't see anything else. Sorry.
