DENVER - WHERE TO EAT
There are a lot of nice restaurants and bars around Coors Field. The area has been revitalized since the park was built and more and more establishments are being added regularly. There is now an Alice Coopers'town just a block away from the ballpark and it is part of the chain built by the shock rocker. It's motto is "Where Jocks and Rock Meet" and you can enjoy the mix of sports and music memorabilia there.
For those of you with Japanese food cravings, we recommend trying Akebono on the second floor of Sakura Square, about 10 minutes walk from the field. At the corner of, Sakura Square is a small park that caters to Japanese people living in the Denver area. Akebono has a good sushi selection as well as a lot of normal meals and will definitely satisfy your appetite.
