BOSTON - WHERE TO EAT

The neighborhood around Fenway Park has a number of restaurants and sports bars, most of which are very busy before and after the game. For those with a hankering for fast food, between Kenmore Station and Fenway are a McDonald's and a pizzeria. 

For a sports bar, we suggest trying Boston Beer Works, a microbrewery chain that serves very good food and is a great place to party after the game. If you are looking to eat there, try to beat the rush by arriving around 4. The chili is excellent, by the way. Boston Beer Works is located just across Brookline Avenue from the ballpark. Two of their ales are called Fenway Pale and Bambino, and there are lots of TV's to keep you occupied. After the game, there may be a line, but it moves fast. The crowd thins out around midnight as the trains grow scarce, but it is a fun place for a couple of hours.
