DESCRIPTION ATTRACTIONS BALLPARK GAME RECAP WHERE TO EAT TRIVIA

CHICAGO - WHERE TO EAT

Wrigleyville - dozens of restaurants and bars around the stadium, each filled to the rafters with rabid Cub fans. Try one, try them all, wherever you go, you'll have a ball. That's really all there is to say about eating on the North Side. We do have one recommendation, however. About two blocks south of the ballpark along Clark Street, there is a small Japanese restaurant called Nagano that serves good, inexpensive noodles and sushi. It is not so crowded and you can get some good eats before or after the game.

Downtown - there's a number of good lunch spots that the businessmen like to go to - we found Miller's Pub at 134 S. Wabash Ave. A great place with huge portions at reasonable prices and tons of photographs of celebrities all over the walls. Definitely worth a lunch stop if you have time, and look for the photo of Mark Macguire, noted home run hitter for the Cardinals.

Rush Street uptown is a good nightspot. There are lots of bars and restaurants serving all sorts of food to all sorts of people. Located next to the Hancock center, it is a good place to go after watching the sunset from 1000 feet up.

For Chicago pizza lovers, Pizzeria Uno was recommended to us by a number of fans. Of course, there are plenty more places to choose from, but I am sure that no matter where you go, you will find a great restaurant to satisfy your appetites.

For sports bar fans, try ESPN Zone on Ohio St. You can play a wide variety of sports video games, including bubble hockey, and then check out a game while enjoying dinner. Some interesting displays and free internet connections keep you occupied while you wait.
